You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rus33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.
rus33 may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension pending verification.
Usernames must not include offensive, discriminatory, or deceptive language. rus33 reserves the right to require a Player to change a username at its sole discretion. Changes to registered personal details (name, date of birth, national ID number) require submission of supporting documentation and are subject to rus33 approval.
rus33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the originating bank. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transfer receipt for manual verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the rus33 finance team and are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of scheduled processing windows may take up to 24 hours. rus33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the rus33 Account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier. These limits are subject to change. Players who have not completed KYC verification may face lower withdrawal limits until verification is successfully completed.
All funds deposited into your rus33 Account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of, or accepting deposits from, another individual is prohibited. rus33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of any funds and to hold or return funds pending such review.

New Players who successfully register an Account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the rus33 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once — including by opening additional accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonus amounts and any associated winnings.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings remain non-withdrawable. Real Funds deposited alongside a bonus are always available for withdrawal at any time, subject to standard verification requirements.
All Bonus Funds and free spin rewards carry an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds or associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Where bonus abuse is identified, rus33 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account without prior notice.
Promotions are subject to eligibility criteria that may include minimum deposit amounts, specific game restrictions, time-limited availability, and geographic restrictions. rus33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted in will be given reasonable opportunity to complete applicable wagering requirements.
All sports bets placed on the rus33 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and bet type. rus33 applies maximum single-transaction and daily winnings caps across all product categories. The applicable caps are published in the game rules and Cashier sections. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap for a single bet, spin, or draw will be settled at the cap amount, with the excess forfeited. These limits exist to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Platform for all Members.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rus33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of betting opportunity during a system outage, loss of data, or loss of profits from a failed transaction.
In any case where rus33 is found liable to a Player, the maximum aggregate liability of rus33 to that Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that betting and gaming involve an inherent risk of financial loss. You accept full responsibility for all bets and wagers placed through your Account, whether placed by you or by a third party who accessed your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
rus33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending withdrawals, in any of the following circumstances:
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Funds Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
An Account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. rus33 will notify the Account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Any remaining Balance at the point of dormancy fee application will be reduced accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rus33 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
